    Physical Development

2/3 of children in Haiti are malnourished. KORE addresses this immediate need by providing eggs purchased from KORE farmers to feed kids.

KORE addresses the immediate needs of malnourished children by adding chicken and eggs to their diets. The poultry is purchased from KORE small holder farmers, supporting their businesses and building the local economy. This approach helps Haitian farmers become self-sufficient while providing nutrient-rich foods for malnourished children.

    Economic Development

Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. Identifying and implementing sustainable solutions is crucial. KORE does this through training and equipping farmers to raise poultry and eggs, and walking alongside them to grow their business.

KORE provides resources, training and ongoing extension services to a family or individual allowing them to build an egg or chicken business. Farmers are generally able to cover the cost of doing business and typically increase their annual income 4-6 times in the first year. Dollars invested in this kind of economic development never stop working.

    Spiritual Development

KORE is relentlessly pursuing new opportunities to share eternal hope with the people of Haiti.

Our campus pastor directs discipleship training for small holder families and responds to opportunities to present the Gospel message through their community relationships. In cooperation with partner organizations and the Feeding Program recipients, KORE has designed outreach opportunities to share the Gospel in communities where we minister.
